Do you help buyers with all types of property sale, ie. auction, private sale, tender?
Yes we do! If you’re purchasing property in inner-city Melbourne, auction is very common but we will look at every type of sale in the search for your ideal property.
Is Buyer Marketing a Licensed Estate Agent?
Yes. Legally, we must hold a full estate agent’s license to practice as a buyers advocate – but we don’t sell real estate, and we’re not aligned with any agents. We work independently and exclusively to ensure our buyers’ interests are always protected.
What does Buyer Marketing do differently to real estate agents?
Our role is to be your strategic advisor. We have a wealth of knowledge about the market, local agents and property marketing but we use this only to help find, negotiate and secure your ideal property. Our role is to assist you, the Buyer, whereas predominately the role of a real estate agent is to represent the seller.
Does Buyer Marketing offer Vendor Advocacy services?
No. Buyer Marketing is an impartial service exclusively for buyers. We believe those individuals offering both vendor and buyer advocacy services is a conflict of interest and cannot provide the best result for both parties.
Will all Real Estate Agents be receptive towards Buyer Marketing?
Absolutely! Real estate agents understand we can introduce qualified buyers they might not otherwise know about – saving them time and marketing. They also respect our industry expertise and ability to negotiate pragmatically and efficiently.
